Water injection , how to control it ?

Hi guys found a complete water bag, pipes, pumps and wiring for the early escos water injection, what would it be worth or would i better just to hold...

Did some routing around today under the rear bench to see if any of the above components were there, found two pumps, a filter and neatly cable tied pipework...
