Would oil in bell housing be a sign of rear crank seal as i just took engine out to find it soaking in there havnt took clutch off yet but would explain...

What sort of power could be had with a .55 housing, on a low comp engine with ported head and 14 inlet cam.
Also how much earlyer does the power...
