Help needed ,trying to fit a new set of orig rear beam bushings but i am afraid they will get damaged putting them in with the press any ideas ?

Daft question I'm sure but how do the mounts actually adjust on a 6 degree rear beam, specifically the inner arm ones to alter camber ?
