Hello and welcome to the forum, I think a lot comes down to what you want from the car, a few have made the switch and then made the switch back again, me I've had mine 6 years and will not be getting rid of it.

Plenty of pics on the site if you have look around

      Hello

I made the switch and then back again to my 2nd Escos and the worst thing for me is not being able to leave it anywhere but this isn't an every day car,so it doesn't bother me.

Their also bit dated compared to the Focus

I've wanted one since I was a lad, and worked my way up through the rs range and now I have one!! Nearly four years now and do not plan on getting rid at all or ever lol, but yes they can drain your bank account and can be a headache but its all worth it I Promise!! Plus you got all us helpful lot on here if you get stuck

slim, I think your best bet is to get a drive in one before making any decisions.

Also what is the spec you're after as that will tell you whether you need to be looking out for a BT or ST car or both
