Does your power steering seem heavy when going very slowly compared to your daily driver?

I took mine out of the garage today for the first time in ages and compared to my Audi the steering felt heavy, is it because I am used to my newer car or is this abnormal, I have drained and refilled the fluid could this be the cause or is there nothing to worry about

Mine's pretty light too - that's compared to a Nissan 350z and a Skoda Octavia. Sounds like you might have a problem there .

I woud say mine is light, but the father in law has a honda accord and that power steering is extremely light in comparison to any other car I have driven

I'd say mine is heavy compared to the other halfs GTi, I've replaced the fluid as well.

mines heavy as well compared to modern stuff, but then i am running 19" and low profiles,yours is standard now mat isnt it? wouldnt have thought it would be all that much diff?
