they will stick out furter if thats what you mean IF they are they same width as the originals or wider

alot of people when stepping up to 18" wheels opt for et15.

rondells (although they are 8.5") are et18.

so you will be more than fine, they will help to fill the arches that little bit better

They usually rub on the front spring cup 8x18 et20 so your deffo need the 5mm spacer
