General Question - heater motor.

Had a few dramas with my heater motor (not that you need one here in WA.in the summer ) It seemed to not go fast at all. On investigating i found that the resistor pack has corroded, and a lug has snapped off, are these still availible from ford? are they the same as a std mk5 escort or other model. here are some pics of the little bugger.
