I had thought that there was a post that listed how many by year/color/etc. but I can't find it now. The closest I could find was the "database" posts on the RSOC forum, which are not as helpful as I'd hoped. Maybe Monster/Dave knows something?

I think it changed quite frequently from what I have read, started off around 100 per week for the first year, but when demand dwindled it was around 25 per week I believe.
