best BD cam to match efr 7064

Hi gentleman

Building an engine ready for next year was wondering what cam would go best with a EFR 7064 externally gated

I will be running mildly ported head with double valve spring, pocket low comp mahle pistons, air tech 100mm intercooler standard inlet with 10mm spacer. 1000cc ID injectors

Don't know much about cams why would a bd16 be a good choice

Because I've found they work well andits what 3 of my engine builds run with efr and 5 with other turbos .who will be mapping it

Don't want to keep bothering him. I had enough free advice from him all ready lol

I thought a BD16 was a bit of a lazy cam more for high revs

Im running 2 70/64 on cossys both cery responsive ones on bd16 inlet and standard exhaust and others on 2 bd14 both respond awesome
