I don't understand, if RSD have even a small hand in increasing the market value of these cars, why is everyone moaning about it? At least this ones half way there, have you boys seen that fucking pig on eBay, I mean damn!
As for boot badges, I have never seen a UK N-reg with BT badges on it, but I've seen loads of Hong Kong ST cars with BT badges and mirrors, but one things for sure, I've never seen fuck all like the RSD car had on it lmfao!

Most of us have been on here a while and know the cars that are good and are worth good sensible money.
When you then see the not so good cars, not all of them by the way on ebay getting advertised by the traders, it makes you wonder where they get the prices from??
Some do get sold and then the owners, quite rightly so, know they have a better car than the ones that are getting sold and wonder what their cars are really worth in todays market if the cars are selling for big money.
Has the market gone that big for our cars?
Until we know what they actually sold for then we can only assume there making big money and we all have done well on our cars when buying them a while back.
I know if i sold mine a while back i would not be paying over £25-30k for another one.
It's a bit of a double edged sword for me this one, you see im a devoted Escort Cosworth owner and I'm also the trader who sold Stephen Harper's car, now I'm not really in a position to disclose what it sold for as the cars new owner is a forum member, but it wasn't far off what I was asking. 🙂
Now I appreciate it was a one off in so much as it was a one owner car, full history and bought from Ford by the cars designer etc etc, but I had no idea where to price the car so I looked at the market, looked primarily at the shit that was for sale at mad money, the good cars at reasonable money and kinda went from there 👍
A friend of mine has seen his Ferrari 355 go up by nearly 20k in past 4 years, so why is it so hard to believe that good examples of our beloved Escort Cosworths are following suit, albeit not in increments of 5k per year 🤔
Simple fact is, traders and stupid ass people who pay massive money for RS500's and the like, are doing us all a favour, but if your not selling then it really doesn't matter
