Morning all, going to be looking at a BT for a mate of mine next week with a view to buying, as i am a bit of a Escos virgin as well i need to some advice on what to look for, will obviously be checking whether it's matching numbers but apart from the VIN plate is the chassis number stamped anywhere on the bodywork as well on these cars.
Where is the enging number found?
What are the body differences between the BT and ST

Any advice would be much appreciated and will post some photos if he buys it, which will make me realy jealous cos i,ve been trying to find a White BT for a while now

Davecos, cheers for the links, but still none the wiser about numbers, wanted to know whether there are are any other chassis numbers on the BT cars other than on Vin plate and where the engine number is on the engine can anyone help

Chassis number is stamped on the floor, between drivers seat and sill. Can be found under a plastic flap in the carpet.

If you post a link/pictures on here, you might get some of your questions answered without even going to look at it as some on here might know the car

Engine number is on the bottom left side of the engine, below the exhaust manifold.
