Leaving my job after nearly 18 yrs !!

Ive been a bmw / Mercedes mechanic for the last 17yrs at motech bmw specialist, not been happy here for the last year or so due to a very annoying and disrespectful boss !! Also I basically run the place and get no recognition for what I do. So ive been given a massive opportunity to have a share in a business which means I will run my own workshop doung mots up to class 7 and service work general repairs. I might even try going into the rs scene and build up some local rs customers. Ill be on more miney + bonuses and be my own boss cant wait. Justygot to grow some balls to hand my notice in now

You will be fine Dave just look at the work you do its 110% all the time, go for it
