Side exit exhaust fabricators?

Where or who do people recommend to build me a side exit exhaust?

It would only be from the downpipe 3" to the side exit part

Would like to able to swap between my current system and the side exit depending on noise limits etc so would probably need to modify the current system so they could both join at the same place.
