Daily driver or future classic?

Hi guys, it was my 40th birthday a couple of weeks ago so thought I'd change the car as a 40th birthday present. Well perhaps change isn't the right word since I haven't sold my current daily driver yet which is an 02 gun metal grey 350z with 60,000 miles on her. Anyway I purchased a new toy which was supposed to be my new daily, the problem is I think the car I've bought might be too nice for daily driver duties. It's a 04 Subaru impreza wrx sti type uk in pearleasant black with a genuine 19300 miles on her and she is almost perfect, looks just like it did new, no dings, scrapes marks etc, basically a pristine very low mileage example. I don't need to drive it as I have 13 cars so I can easily drive something else so the question is: do I drive the scooby as my daily or just stash it away with a cover over it as an appreciating investment and keep driving the 350z? Opinions welcome guys......,

I'd use it in the summer months but certainly wouldn't use it through our winters as these love to rust underneath even more than a cossie.
