I'm thinking of getting rid of my escort and am unsure whether or not to sell as a whole, or break it. I'm just after your input as to what you think it is worth as a whole as it stands at the moment. Spec is as follows.
Engine is a big turbo
Gt30.63 turbo with external waste gate and adapted 2wd manifold
Bd14 inlet cam
Bd8 exhaust cam
Standard head
Standard bottom end, of which the block was brand new a couple of years ago
Big wing sump
Montune copy sump baffle
10mm inlet plenum spacer
Tial 42mm water cooled waste gate
63mm airtec inter cooler
60mm airtec rad and slim line fans
Airtec turbo cooler
Updated alternator
Small turbo bottom pulley
Wasted spark conversion
Ec1 ecu and wiring loom
Wrc head gasket and other gaskets are grp a
I'm sure there is more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head
Transmission
All standard and rebuilt about 500 miles ago, the front diff has strengthening plate
Ap racing 6 paddle clutch covered about 500 miles
Bmc short shifter and gear lever
Fuel system
023 lift pump
044 feed pump
Pro alloy 1 litre swirl pot
Aero motive fuel pressure regulator
All fuel pipes are aero quip
Brakes
Front
Hi spec monster 4 pots with 362mm disks
Rear
Hi spec 2 pot with 300mm disks

Adjustable tca's
Poly bushed throughout
Fixed bearing top mounts
Front and rear strut braces

18 inch compomotive mo's in gun metal grey

Shell has had a full respray and both sills replaced and properly wax oiled

There is so much more that I haven't mentioned. The car has been featured in fast ford and I spent five years building it ,every item has either been refurbished or replaced and I have over 300 pictures of the rebuild

Now the bad bits.
The car has had a fault with the headlight wiring loom where it runs up the chassis leg by the turbo. Despite my best efforts to heat proof the wiring loom the turbo has still managed to melt that section of loom. It will be an easy fix once the stuff is removed to access it. The car has also ran out mot. And the car currently has no speedo as I haven't sorted the speedo sensor for the digital dash
