What's the difference between a 2wd and 4wd cam belt cover

As per the subject seen a 2wd alloy cam belt cover will it fit my escort

?? I have a large turbo model which to me the engine looks the same as a 2wd, I've seen a alloy cam cover from a 2wd will it fit my escort

small turbo has small tabs on the sides as bolt on the sides plus in the middle on the front

big turbo sure bolt on top and middle at the front of cover

Yeah it should. But if I remember correctly the thermostat housings are different from 2wd and 4x4.

Bought it any way, bought a spec r cam cover off the bay for 53 quid, one with the holes cut out so can see the verniers.
