As Ben says just get a introduction package from letting agent and manage yourselfput the extra 100 a month into a slush fund then you have some money if there is any probs

Did you go through a broker or did you find them yourself,, i've spoken to a couple but they didnt seem too bothered.. one taking two weeks to get back to me and one not at all

I went through a recommended broker that lives round here, but to be honest I could have done it myself as I knew what I wanted and who it was with, but it does take the arse ache out of it, pm me if you want his details
