My escos is having a re spray in the next few weeks ,only
The colou code on mine is H3 imperial blue
My brother the sprayer / panel beater loved the colour so much
He spayed his works van the same colour only his van is more of a purple colour than the escos
He used lechler BSB hs base coat H3 imperial blue
And lechler MAC 75 sotto 706 blue primer and lacquer
Is this colour difference to do with paint gun pressure , wrong primer , wrong paint
    Please help.

dont remember wich but it should be withe or dark undercolor... havent touched a imperial blue in probaly 6-7 years.. if you Paint it withe under it gets a lighter shade and dark a darker (offcourse) its a special color to Paint to as I recall, since its very transparent...

                        Don't you start Dave

Each paint manufactor will have a few variants of each colour no matter what colour it is , standard shade , darker , bluer ect

I would ever only apply imperial over a black ground coat tbh , as already said its very transparent

Sorry I just want to get the colour right and I'm really worried
About putting all the money and effort in for the car to come back purple
                          Any other ideas
