    Righty then... following on from last week
    Fuel pump in, changed, and happy that it works ok on a direct feed from s battery..
    But - still an issue in that it won't run when trying to start the car normally...
    don't seem to be getting power at the interia switch, so where next to look?
    The car seems to have a perm live @ the fuseboard for the fuel pump, which i suspect is either a function of the alarm in the way it works, or its fubaard....

    Any pointers? - does the vecta system usually cause issues? I still have that if thats one place to start looking?
    I assume most alarm fitters would immobilise the fuel pump when fitting an alarm?

    Most immobilisers go to fuel pump and coil I think

      ecu sends signal to relay down to inertia switch then to pump i think

        Try looking at the fuse box as I was having problems so eliminated the fuse box and problem solved took a feed from another source as its only a trigger for a fuel pump relay ran from direct feed from battery


        OH FUCK WHAT WAS THAT NOISE

          yeah - thats going to be the next port of call..
          Just want the bloody thing working to be honest!

          Can anyone check to see if their fuel pump fuse is permanently live for me?
