I'm hoping this is just a nice simple one, but could someone turn the background to white please.
I need it to just be in black and white so it can be scanned easier.

Open in paint, click the fill tool, click on white from the palette and click on the blue background

There is a shortcut:

Convert the image to black & white, then increase the contrast to maximum (as I did above).
