That car has been going years now The greek tuners use titanium, billet blocks and methanol to get some of the crazy numbers (money doesnt seem to be a issue ) Built a 490bhp N/A Yb, very impressive figures

Just opening an outlet for discussion. Last time a saw an ESCOS pushing that power it was using a ice to cool the block and the block its self looked like a teenagers mouth with braces........metal strengthening everywhere., Ive posted a more sensible reply on your second post

Great to see the boudries being pushed! It seems to be holding together so far from what I can make out on the net my Greek ain't too good! Vlanchos performance who used to drag an escort now a sapphire, are claiming 1400hp from a yb but not proof or performance figures that suggest this power yet.

you should build a engine to show case what you can do ,dont you think if you built a 1000/1200 bhp motor you would recoupe your outlay in sales ,same as jg does ,geoff page has built a engine with a new design alloy block that he is sure will stand 1000bhp no problem and is planning on pushing it to 1300 it will be at auto sport, and a bare block to show people ,and he isnt really associated with yb,s hasn't rod spent enough on research and parts to be pushing that power by now

For me to built one for 1000hp would cost way more than I am willing to spend,
Rod has had a bloody good deal from me on his engine and this last change is the last of any deals offerd to anyone period,
So unless I get paid to evolve the YB further its not going to happen as Rods is where we want it to be.

thats fair enough i understand what you mean but wouldnt you like to have one last go at building a 1000 yb that was reliable just to say you did it lol ,and i bet you could do it a lot cheaper than most

so some poor sod has to pay you Mark to develop a 1000bhp engine,then once done, you gain all the benefits of building and selling these engines....does that seem fair.

imo, it should be te tuners that push the boundries further to further the sales etc....

fair enough though if you are too busy however the good tuners are always busy.
