Its on ebay at the minute. I think the milage is a little high for the money but to owners is nice . Ive done a search on the site but can't find anything Thought i would ask the all seeing, all knowing Escos brigade .

What do you think please

I think also this dealer had an imperial blue Escos a couple weeks ago.

Only thing really is the price, 18k I reckon is a bit ambitious, if I thought I could get that for mine it would be away lol, but hey there's no harm in asking.

My advice is to do as much research as you can, ask tonnes of questions on the phone, but you can't beat actually seeing it in the flesh.

Engine bay doesn't look too bad actually, pretty original which is what you want, new heat shield and bit of a clean and I reckon that bay will come up a treat

that looks well overpriced,the heatshield is knackered,all the f/glass strands are coming through it,the front struts have got poly top bushes fitted which are crap in m/opinion so its obviously been modded a bit at some time,needs a fair bit of tlc on the engine bay too,im with max, 14k tops

Agreed, after taken a closer look last night I did spot the bits you mentioned. and I was going to ask for a more realistic price. The thing is he is selling to a fiarly limited market where as, i believe a 5,000 miler Focus has a much bigger audiance. and secondly if we could get 14k deal and spent a grand or so getting the car up to standard what value would it be worth ?

Looks like a nice example, but I wouldn't pay that much for it.

The mileage wouldn't put me off at all. Judging by the condition of the interior, it's been a well kept car, and 78,000 miles really isn't much for a 17 year old car.
