  • Enquiry - Insurance

    Hi to all,

Forgive me if this has been brought up before.

I am seriously looking for my first Cosworth and wondered who are the best for insurance. I had my S1 turbo with Adrian Flux as a classic and it started off cheap but they just kept charging more and more. (Agreed valuation etc) I asked them for a typical quote for a Cosworth and I got a rough premium of £500.

I'm 44 with full NCB but use that on my daily vehicle. I have a motorbike wth full NCB also. I have 1 SP30 that is 3 years old.

When I buy it will be a sunshine drive only and garaged when not driven. Postcode is SN15 so low risk I believe.

What sort of money are others paying and with whom.

Thanks in advance if you reply.

    Nick

Just done mine yesterday with Adrian Flux, £310 on classic policy, with 3000 miles and mods, happy with that.
