I got a really quality deal on a 2005 Renault Clio 1.2 3door in silver, so bought it. Needed a runaround, but just wondering if anyone has heard horror stories besides the fact it's a piece of French shite!

Throttle body bracket rubs through the wiring causing to cut out ect back of engine at the top

We have an '05 plate clio, had no problems with it atall in nearly 2 years, havent spent a penny on it in regards to maintenance other than routine servicing.
Probably one of the most problem free cars we have ever had for the time owned.

That's cool Kelv. My folks have owned it for the past 2 years too, I've done a few odd jobs on it myself, but nothing major. It's around the 70k mile mark now but now I've bought it I know the f*cker will break on me So fishing for any horror stories just in case
