I need an engine loom so I've inquired about having a loom made by cw looms they ask if I wanted a knock sensor and lambda put on the loom and I'm not really sure I'm using an L8 ecu do I need these put in to the loom ? They also said that they would need to borrow an Escos loom as They have nothing to size it off as they sizing table got damage in a break in this I don't have I've only got a sierra 4x4 loom with the three plugs on the end can this loom be used in my car?

It would depend if your chip/program has been written to work with these sensors.
Do you have a lambda sensor fitted in the top of the downpipe, or in the turbo exhaust housing?

Would it be better just to get these bits put on as I still got to get the car running first and run in before I start choosing the tuner?

I would have all sensors put in the loom as it wont hurt if you dont use them and then you have them if needed later

It's not Ryan's loom it's one of mine that I did for Wenny's MK3 Escort.

Get the knock sensor and lambda wiring included - If you don't use them, simply don't plug them in!

That's how i ordered my Prometheus loom and i eventually ended up using the extra connections.
