we are wanting this set up above anyone have graphs or power figures from these on a totaly standerd engene?
can get turbo from cossidavid on here going for .63 ex housing, cam from larkspeed. . .
    wot esle will we need?
boost pipes, airbox adaptor, adjustble pulleys ?
will be staying on 4x4 fanimould to save all the hassel i had.
car at min is runing siemens 55lb injectors wud thes be ok? wot is max flow for these and wot cud we expect the engine to make power wise? cheers.

I fancied this spec as you don't need any mods for that cam nor valve cutouts on the pistons... 6 long studs is the only addition I would add to your spec so it holds it all together when on boost...

If you see the NeilA's old restothread that's basically what he had.

The 3071 with a .63 on a 4x4 manifold should make for amazing response and with the ab07 cam you might see close to 450 tops.

Best road setup that is imo. I'm going for a similar setup, only a bit wilder inlet cam and .82 housing and t04 compressor housing.

I'm no tuner but after seeing a number of cars runnig close to 500bhp on standard headbolts so I'd say they're ok on this spec

Karl Norris actually recommends standard head bolts

thanks lads this is my mates car if we cud get it somewhere around 420- 430 with greate response thats ideal for its a road car and if it makes over them figures thats a bonus.
any one have info regarden injectors? will the 55s be ok or will they be flat out and posibley want bigger ones chucked in?

                  Yep

Ive asked this a few times but for that sort of power level why dont people use the gt28? The focus lads use them and one i know of is over 500 on a gt28 If thats all the power your after wouldnt that be even more responsive?

afaik the gt28 doesn't work very well on the cossie engine.

I don't know if it's my t04 housing or the .82 exhaust that does it, but I had to make the holes in the exhaust housing oval where they mount to the manifold cause the turbo hits the head.

It's no problem a you just grind out the manifold afterwards to match the turbo housing.

                              Would need 83Ib injectors as I maxed a set of 55 on a T38 at 2.5bar
