Renewal for the Escos has come through... Bear in mind I have been with the same company for 3 years now, everything is declared and above board, car is alarmed, immobilised and secure. I owned the car for 5 years now, have 12 years no claims, an SP30 that is 3 years old and no claims, convictions, accidents, good safe postcode, im 31 years old, limited to 5000 miles, blah blah blah...

How much for this years insurance?

I Really don't know if I can justify having it any more, don't get chance to use the bastard thing & now my insurance has gone up £240 for no reason.. It is cheaper to insure a Ferrari 360 than a Escort Cosworth, WTF?

Numerous times, never even been in the ballpark with the Escos or Sapphire, thought I would give him a ring for my daily drive £4800 BMW, Wanted over £1200 for a BMW 530 fucking DIESEL!!!! ...

I will waste another 15 mins of my life tomorrow when I ring again about the Escos, going through hundreds of inane questions only to be quoted £4,785 with FREE legal cover

No disrespect to Paul at all, very helpful & nice fellow, I understand his hands are tied by the underwriters, but I just don't get why I can't get a sensible quote? I must be a pretty good risk with 12 years NCB+, and over 30 with only tiny SP30?

He can insure me on an escos (standard) for just under £1000 and im 20! 3 years driving. as 2nd car limited etc etc..
