- Coilovers & spring Helpers

I have some Gaz gold coilovers and want to fit some Helpers to the springs.
Can I just fit the Helpers or do I need a sleeve to keep the helper spring and the normal spring in line?

I used a double sided spring seat type thing when i done mine Justin am sure Gaz will have all the parts inc helpers for you
