bit of help needed with 500 cooler fitting

hi lads i stripped my front end down to fit my intercooler today but didnt grt time to fit its as i ran into a few probs
1 rounded off torx screw took 3 hours to get out
where does the amal valve go as it was mounted on the standard cooler
and theres a sensor on the side of the original cooler but nothing on the 500 one so whats happens to the plug

And has any1 got any pics of there front end off with a 500 cooler thanks

is your car a small turbo?if so the sensor is the air charge intake sensor

You need a separate bracket for the amal valve or you could tie to the slam panel as the larger coolers don't have the fittings.

it was a small turbo its been converted shall i jus leave it disconnected

thanks paul i havnt forgot about the injectors mate ive just spent alot this wkend if there still 4 sale after ebay ill have them mate but cant afford it just yet

If you have another one in the inlet manifold,yea just leave it.
