uprated transmision,whats it worth

i am wanting to try and find out what these make / and are worth..

barra motorsport mt75 straight cut gear box with heavey duty first gear .
barra uprated rear diff shotpeen gearset .
barra front atb differential , quife heavey duty case .
all with less than 4000 miles on them..

Steven, if it were me then I'd be liking to see around 3K for the box and about £1300 - £1400 for the front diff

As a guide I've just had an offer on mine based on the box being around £3500 and the pair of ATB diffs at just shy of £3K, but that's brand new and un-used.


Also mate, when i get home i'll pop a detailed reply over about the front wing fitting

i wasnt that far away on the price my self mate i thought around 5k for the dox,front diff and the rear diff..

i got the wings , wrc bumpber ,grill bonnet and doors all fitted ,the wings and bumpber were a night mair, but after about 3 days work its all on now, my cousin adie is a car body worker and he as done a fab job on the wings we have all the gaps smack on the bottom of the wing where it meats the door is now first class ,we made up brakets to fix the bottom of the wing to the sill so when the front part of the side skirt fits bang on ..

p.s have you stoped work on your escort mate??

5k nots a bad price if there as new, i got something simlar as that lot for the mk3 from bara with bigger rear diff and that cost me just short of £6500
