URGENT....Drivers side front Drive shaft

Had a bad day and need to get a drivers side front Drive shaft. (Or as a minimum a new drivers side front inside CV)

At the moment it is sitting in a garage on the ramps and it will be staying there until i get a new one or a replacement. Bet the garage aint pleased as it will not be coming of the ramp until it is sorted...lol)

Anybody got one? Need to get one next day delivery if possible. Have sent a PM to paul to see if he has any left as it's urgent thought would post it here.


There is one available from ford but it is in Germany......

I assume you need the CV that goes into the diff? If so I'm taking mine off due going 2wd and leaving the Stubbs in the front hubs. If this is what ya need I will send for £25 delivered and get it in post tomorrow 1st class, recorded delivery

I thought it was the diff seal and that is why i was removing the driveshaft but then i noticed the small dent in the cup and decided to have a look.... Hey presto... The spring seat was in 3 pieces.

The 'spring seat' had broken and the spring was stuck between the 3 roller bearings. There was no noise but a small vibration but there was a small dent on 'tin cover' or covering. I guess it was so hot the grease was turning in to oil...lol and so it was leaking. The spring coil was also deformed.....
