plenums and throttle bodies

So what is the best combination of throttle bodies and plenums, without going to swedish or hart type of plenums. also what BHP will they be good for. I want the best flowing (hi HP) but i also want it to look standard on the

Small turbo inlet is good for 500bhp and obviously looks standard as it's a standard part
