    Daft one i know but i fitted a new headertank and the antifreeze doesnt look good Want a nice bright colour, like on new bm's etc... what do you use??

                The stuff that SHOULD stop your aluminium head from rotting from the inside out (which it WILL do if you don't have this in the water) . Even in your country, you NEED some in your engine .

                  OH i do have a dayglow yellow leak detection oil stuff in my air con circuit, but you cant see that till it leakes out. and only then with a ultra violet light.

                        I have green stuff in it but its called coolant over here. It tastes quite sweet so it may be antifreeze based (not that i drink the stuff)

                          I use this as coolant, as water / glycol mix, even under pressure has a boiling point significantly lower than this, which doesn't boil until 206°C!:
