off for a 94 mile b road blast in the morning..... or A road as the case may be...lol

had the idea for me and another mate to do this, me in the cos and him in his stage one polo gti which he's just fitted coil overs to, been at me for a while now to have a little drag race so i thought this might be a good run to sort out the men from the boys so to speak.......... and he's bottled it! says he'd rather just come with me in my car!! gay. anyway i fancy having a good blast around so i'll be off at 7am - before the old slow people get up to go to the garden centres - might give my mate the video camara, maybe try and get a bit of you tube action!

if i could put it straight on here i wouldnt bother with you tube buddy, havent had any success with videos to photobucket, blummin nightmare! it'll be interesting to see how fast i can get round this route, it doesnt show up on the map to well, but its really quite a windy route..... thats twists and turns not wind!!

well had a good morning although i got up late, my mates seen the light and WILL be taking his car out next time, didnt really use the vid much, not much point when theres only one car! lol..... i'd like to do this more often, so if any of the northern lads fancy it then speak up and i'll see if i cant come up with something central to all those who want to go!wont be for a while though cos i'm off on me jolly's for a fortnight in 3 weeks time. definatley a good route though this morning even worked out well for a breakfast stop at barny's cafe!

yep, taking mine to work tomorrow, even if i dont get back this week i already know i've got a good finish on friday, so it could well take me a few hours to get home!

reasonable to be honest, selling my lovely 58 plate truck to buy an older one - 55 plate or there abouts to get my overheads down, struggling with the price of diesel at the moment big time. loads of work on, which is a good thing, but by the time i've took my diesel off i'm being left with nearly no profit - ok, my wages etc are being covered but you have to make profit to put aside for future things ie breakages and the big one replacing the truck you run!! having a meating tomorrow with one of the directors of the firm i sub to cos he aint happy about me doing what i'm planning! - rate increase perhaps!??
