we bought a 2 bed end of terrace 3 years ago which needed a complete renovation. This included floors, ceiling, walls etc before even thinking about new stuff to go in. Pulling the house apart isnt difficult - with the ceilings down and floors up it was a lot easier and cheaper for the sparky and plumber to sort it out. We didnt even have gas in the house. After National Grid plumbed that in the plumber charged 2.5k for the heating system, which included the new combi boiler. we have 2 rads downstairs and 3 upstairs ( rads not included in price)

Sparky charged us 2k to rewire the house.

Thats the thing, I'm an expert in the demolishing and removal process!!
