How do you change the runners on saph recaros ?

Ive slid them back and forward but cant find any bolts ? Pics would be a bonus lol.

The bolts (3 10mm i think) are inside the runners kev. Look from the bottom & you'll see them

Depends if it's drivers or passenger side. Passenger side non-height adjustable they are inside the runner.

Drivers side there are four bolts running through a fitting, two running through the front height adjuster bar and two through the rear brackets mounted to the seat. You take those out and then the main frame comes away, then you just take out the two remaining brackets and the adjuster bars, each held by torx bolts.

I haven't got any really good pics, but maybe this will help. The front adjuster bar that would be bolted to the seat would be attached with the bolts I was talking about where I've marked.
