Steering wheel with buttons?

Any one know of a wheel with a couple of buttons on it?

I know OMP do one but looks like you would have wires trailing around the column

Is there one that makes contact through the boss??

That looks OK, but what I am getting at is how the buttons connect through the boss? if at all? not sure how that all works, as would not want the loose wires around the column

Whilst we're on the subject, can someone with an original 3 button wheel on their escos do me a favour, and whip the center horn out, and take a pic of the wiring behind there pls?
