Seems okay, 0.6-0.7 like i have on all. And seems to fire spark correct

Found several ecu, but not a singel "stock" chip, hace 2 unknown that maybe is, but didnt have tape over "eye" when i removed them...

Try chip from the first one in another ecu and see if it makes a differens

check the ECU ground connection on the inlet manifold
