My car has a complete GGR 3" exhaust with a GGR sports cat too and it flies through the MOT at less than 1% on the Co2, so i'm toying with removing the cat.

How have you found the noise level's afer removing your's folk's

PS I'm not doing it with the hope of gaining 100 BHP either

are you running a complete ggr set up with just the ggr cat? if so do you mean your going to make a cat replacement pipe? then refit the cat for mot time?

Do you just want a bit more noise Paul? as I am sure our GGR cats a 100 cell jobbies so wouldnt be that restrictive on a small turbo car

Sounds like a lot of hassle for very little gain to me, I'd leave it on.
                    Cheers

youll still need at least 1 cat for the mot unless you have a friendly tester
