Hose opinions

Can i have opinions on whether or not this hose would be ok...it looks like the small spring clip has made a small hole in the outer rubber but it wasn't leaking P1070582.JPG

Personally I wouldn't bother trying it. You can get OE matt black hoses made to order for not a lot of money. I had one made by Roose Motorsport and other than it not having any writing on it, it does too original.
