  • diff plates

    these are thick front diff plates as needed for big horse power £150 plus postage just had them made and had a few more done incase anyone else wants any, look stunning

          wud it be possible to have em modified for a bung in them to drain oil or wud it weaken dem,

                      they were made by a fabricator who does most alloy work for all cosworth customers and they will be made of right material i will contact him to make sure

                            Can you two not read ? HE30 is NOT strong enough, it NEEDS to be made out of Alumec . Complete and utter waste of time . This is why the Alumec ones are £175 - because the material is four times as expensive as HE30 .

                            There are also cheap copies of the Swedish inlets on ebay that melt engines / and or split open the second they see above 2 bar - that doesn't make them a worth-while investment .

                            That's the thing when someone like Mark comes along and copies things - he does it without knowing or understanding all the R&D that has gone into making a product fit for purpose in the first place .

                              A laser cut diff plate is only £40 then you could use larger studs with a std cover which would be just as strong.
