Help Slave cylinder needed

Can any one help I need a new slave cylinder that goes on the gearbox or know where I can get a new one from

Thanks do you know if the arm just pushes on the clutch arm or do you have to something fitted to it to keep the slave cylinder arm in the right place ?

a seat is welded onto the arm to hold the rod in the right place

Thought so not sure mine has that maybe that's why the shaft came out

That's what I have ordered now just can't remember if I have the boss welding on the clutch arm do thinking need it
